- Find your way to the M25 and travel anti-clockwise (signposted
M11).
- Pass the M11 turnoff and exit at junction 26 (A121 signposted
Loughton).
- Take 3rd exit at the roundabout, then the 2nd exit at the next
roundabout. You will travel past the Woodbine pub and up the hill
through the forest.
- At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and travel for approximately
3 miles - you will then have arrived in Epping.
- In the centre of the town you will pass straight through 2 mini
roundabouts (the second is next to a pretty church). 100 yards
further on you will pass a pedestrian crossing and Buttercross
Lane is the next left turn (just before two traditional red telephone
boxes). Pergola Lodge is the 4th property on the left.

Stansted Airport, M11).

- Epping Station is on the Central Line and is readily accessible
from all London underground stations including Heathrow airport.
- Trains leave and arrive every 8-10 minutes from 6am to midnight.
- Pergola Lodge is situated half a mile from Epping station where
a taxi service is available.

- Follow signs for M11 motorway and join the M11 southbound (signposted
M11 S, M25).
- Travel for approximately 8 miles (13 kms) and exit the M11 at
junction 7.
- Take 3rd exit (B1393 signposted Epping).
- Following this road you will pass through the small village
of Thornwood (mind the speed camera!) and some 1.5 miles (3kms)
further on you will be entering Epping.
- Just after the village green, you will pass a pedestrian crossing
and Buttercross Lane is the 1st road on the right (immediately
after two traditional red telephone boxes). Pergola Lodge is the
4th property on the left.

- Take the first exit and travel along the M4 west for approximately
1.5 miles (2.5 kms) towards the M25 motorway.
- Exit the M4 at junction 4b (M25) and travel clockwise on the
